This initiative deals with issues Olim face involving bureaucracy, government agencies, and ministries.
Hear Directly from Director Josh Aronson about our Government and Bureaucracy Relationship Program:
“I’m Josh Aronson, one of the Directors of the Board of KeepOlim. One of my biggest jobs here is helping Olim in Israel who struggle with bureaucratic issues. For example, issues with social security (Bituach Leumi), getting family members into Israel during Covid, unemployment, and medical issues. Day and night I have volunteered my time because it’s the right thing to do, to help and support Olim in trouble!
Many Olim can testify to family members coming into Israel through my contacts during the travel ban. Many Olim can testify to receiving funds they thought they would never receive. Many Olim averted major problems after we involved ministers, mayors, and government officials to get their issues resolved. Volunteers for this program are always working for you, as well as collaborating with the top leaders in government.
There are many organizations out there, but remember, KeepOlim always has and will continue to have your back – “Together We Are KeepOlim!”

“Thank you Josh Aro – you are an angel and magician all in one!! Once again KOIM volunteers have helped us out. I had an issue with a tav yarok for a family member that we have been trying to sort out for months. Finally, I asked LiAmi Lawrence, and he suggested I get in touch with Josh Aro. Within 2 days, Josh has helped us sort out the issue and the tav yarok has been downloaded. This isn’t the first time we have reached out to KOIM volunteers, and each time we have they have unconditionally and speedily helped us with kindness and their time to reach resolutions. I certainly feel confident that each donation we make to this incredible organization is well spent on all Olim needs. To the board and volunteers of KOIM – you are our heroes. Thanks a million times over”

“KeepOlim In Israel is an NGO which LiAmi Lawrence started a few years ago to help Olim. I must say that KOIM does a lot more than that, from psychological help, to aiding people who may be or become homeless, with housing. One of the great things they do is help so many people with food, because not everyone has what they need, including myself recently. In the past I was also helped by KeepOlim In Israel on different levels. LiAmi has always been there in emergencies & times of need even visiting when I was hospitalized for surgery. Josh Aronson ג’וש ארונסון was able to help with my Zechuyot when Misrad HaKlita said (originally) that I had none. Tzvika Graiver is always there to help with a legal issue. The volunteers & interns give and do so much. Besides wanting to say Thank you to KOIM, I implore anyone reading this to help. It’s almost Passover – Pesach, & so many need your help today & even more for the upcoming holidays. Please, every bit helps, if you can donate something to help KOIM to continue to help so many… Please give whatever you can…Thanking you in advance, Tizku LeMitzvot. 🙏🏻”

“Another success story to KeepOlim, a 97 year old man diagnosed with cancer, who has a son, an Oleh, and a granddaughter, who is a Lone Soldier, wanted to come to see for probably the last time his family. I got permission for him and his caretaker to enter Israel. That is what we do. We help families reunite”
